You may use in
*non commercial art
*academic art/school projects
*icons/tags for forum use
*shoutboard stamps
*dA Prints

You may not use in
*commercial art other than dA prints
*hate/anti religious/racist art

You must
*edit the pictures beyond a simple gradient or filter
*provide a link to your art in the comments of the original stock (I will ^_^)
*give credit by linking to the stock in your deviation's artist comments
